Terms and Conditions for Student Houses

A License Agreement will be offered for a 42 week period which covers the Academic year of the University of Gloucestershire. Rent is calculated weekly and paid termly in advance for Autumn, Spring and Summer.

A deposit, which should be the equivalent of 4 weeks rent is required. It is refundable at the end of the license period. The rent is inclusive of water rates. A property fully occupied by students is exempt from council tax.

The rent is exclusive of Gas and electricity bills which are shared between residents.

Fully furnished accommodation is available from £49 to £58 per room a week with shared communal facilities.

Terms and Conditions for Professional Properties

Belworth Drive is a standard Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and is a Joint contract.
Triscombe Way is also a Shorthold but with Individual contracts.
